Simple. We design a completely customized approach to your health – making you a healthier person from the inside out, so that you can live your healthiest life.
We are an all-female team of modern and compassionate health care professionals offering Chiropractic, Naturopathic Medicine, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Orthotics.
Our clinic is located in downtown Toronto’s fashion district: King Street West, inside the Thompson Hotel + Residences.
We understand that life is busy, and complicated enough without having to navigate through our, often complicated, health care system. That is why we have developed simple, but comprehensive programs that focus on fixing current issues, and preventing future health problems before they start.
Pregnant? Fantastic. Come in for nutritional expertise for you and baby, postural and alignment work, and of course, some body pampering with our Prenatal Massage.
Running your first half-marathon? Let our doctor’s devise your running schedule, fit your shoes with a pair of high performance orthotics, and show you how to eat for optimal results.
Have a nagging recurring injury? Our doctors will plan an exercise, rehabilitation, and nutritional program for you.
Our philosophy is simple. We look at ALL aspects of your health care and customize a simple solution that fits your life and your lifestyle. Your program is always gentle, safe, specific, and most of all, effective.
