Simple. We design a completely customized approach to your health – making you a healthier person from the inside out, so that you can live your healthiest life.

We are an all-female team of modern and compassionate health care professionals offering Chiropractic, Naturopathic Medicine, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Orthotics.

Our clinic is located in downtown Toronto’s fashion district: King Street West, inside the Thompson Hotel + Residences.

We understand that life is busy, and complicated enough without having to navigate through our, often complicated, health care system. That is why we have developed simple, but comprehensive programs that focus on fixing current issues, and preventing future health problems before they start.

Pregnant? Fantastic. Come in for nutritional expertise for you and baby, postural and alignment work, and of course, some body pampering with our Prenatal Massage.

Running your first half-marathon? Let our doctor’s devise your running schedule, fit your shoes with a pair of high performance orthotics, and show you how to eat for optimal results.

Have a nagging recurring injury? Our doctors will plan an exercise, rehabilitation, and nutritional program for you.

Our philosophy is simple. We look at ALL aspects of your health care and customize a simple solution that fits your life and your lifestyle. Your program is always gentle, safe, specific, and most of all, effective.

Typically, chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and naturopathy are wonderful tools to help you achieve short-term, immediate goals. For example, low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome,or allergies. They not only have a great track record (not to mention happy clients!), but there are also miles of scientific evidence to support this kind of symptom-based, immediate application.

Pro-active, preventative care, however, is something the doctors and therapists at The Health Loft are dedicated to working towards with you as well.

Symptoms are often the last things to show up, and the first to disappear. An absence of symptoms does not equate with perfect health, just because you cannot “feel” anything is wrong. Preventative care involves periodic appointments to maintain the results you have achieved (i.e., staying headache free, or continually making improvements to your diet), and the goal is to correct the underlying problems, for the long term. This is pro-active (or preventative) care, rather than reactive (or symptom-based) care.

Pro-active, preventative care helps to continue to correct what caused the symptoms in the first place. These treatments keep your body free and clear of interference, helps prevent future relapses and can keep you feeling youthful and fantastic. This kind of approach is also great in stressful times when you don’t have the time (and often, the energy) to support yourself.

Much like the oil change and tune-up you get for your car, your body requires the same kind of maintenance and prevention to keep it running smoothly and problem free.
