SUPERHUMAN FITNESS – WEEK 1 (INCLUDING FITNESS TEST)
Hi Super’s – Your #1 fitness goal this week is to get 8000 steps per day. Dr. Stephanie wants you to track your steps daily using your smart phone (or preferably a Fitbit – here are 2 options for you).
Your second mission is to determine your fitness baseline – here’s the video with 8 exercises Dr. Stephanie wants you to test this week (and every 4 weeks throughout the program).
