I’d like to officially welcome you to the 12-week Superhuman Case Study Transformation Program, which runs from Monday June 5th to Monday August 27th.
This weekend you will receive an email with details on how to prepare for Week #1 including meal plans/recipes, and more.
There are a few things I’d like you to do right away:

2) Since this is a transformation program, we need to have a clear idea of where you are today and where you’d like to be in the future. Here’s an intake form we would like you to fill out by the weekend that is completely confidential and will not be shared:
FYI – The primary focus of Week #1 is nutrition followed by some simple mindset questions. With respect to movement, we’ll have a series of exercise tests for you to do during Week #1 (including instructional photos and video). We’ll also ask you to take a series of physical measurements and a ‘before’ photo.
On Monday night (June 5th) from 8-9pm EST we’re going to have our first group video coaching call to get your questions answered and take you through specifics of the program. You will receive the login instructions over the weekend. (If you can’t make the call, we will email everyone a link to watch the video replay).
